Call Cancel needs to read contacts and show them in a list so that you can choose to add numbers to Black List or White List or Mute list type of Groups/Schedulers.
Read call logs
Call Cancel needs to read call logs and show them in a list so that you can choose to add numbers to Black List or White List or Mute list type of Groups/Schedulers.
Write call logs
Call Cancel needs to write call logs to delete log from device when you required to delete specific call log which are in Black List or White List or Mute list type of Groups/Schedulers.
Call phone
You can call the number in the list of Blocked logs in Call cancel.

Read phone state & Answer phone calls

Get the ringing state of the phone to make blocking decision configured by the user.

Others(Wake lock , system alert window)

These are used to display dialog and notify user.
